چکیده
슬관절 인공치환술 후의 통증은 그 정도가 매우 심하여, 슬관절 재활에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 지속적 수동운 동에 의한 조기 물리치료를 방해하는 요인이 된다. 따라서 이러한 술 후 통증을 치료하기 위해서 정맥내 자가조절 통 증치료(intravenous patient controlled analgesia, IV-PCA), 경 막외 자가조절 통증치료, 3) 대퇴신경차단 및 요신경총 차단 등과 같은 다양한 방법들이 시도되어 왔다. 최근에는 비약 물적 요법인 경피적 전기 신경자극(transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, TENS)을 병행하는 방법도 시도되고 있다. 침술(acupuncture)은 급, 만성 슬관절 질환의 통증 치료목 적으로 많이 사용되어 왔으나, 주로 만성 통증의 치료에 사용되었으며 수술 후 강한 급성 통증에는 시도된바 없고, 수술부위에 가까이 시술하게 되므로 감염의 위험이 있다. 수지침요법(Korean hand acupuncture)은 Yoo가 개발한 것으 로 손에서 발견한 인체의 상응부위와 내장의 기능을 조절 하는 14 기맥(氣脈)과 345개 자극 혈처(穴處)에 수지침(길이 2 cm)을 1 mm 정도 자입하여 용수의(manual) 또는 전기적 자극을 주어 질병을 치료하는 방법이다. 고추파스(신신파스, 신신제약, 한국)는 1매(8.4 × 12.4 cm) 중에 고춧가루 180 Effects of Capsicum Plaster at the Korean Hand Acupuncture Point on Pain Management after Knee Replacement
